Bicycle accidents in Santa Cruz
While cycling can be an enjoyable summer pastime and great source of exercise for many, it can also result in serious injury, especially for riders in Santa Cruz, California. Santa Cruz is one of the most dangerous areas in California for cyclists, according to recent bicycle injury/fatality rates provided by the CHP. A local Watsonville woman was riding her bicycle on July 11 in Santa Cruz when she was clipped by a motor home, causing injuries to her leg. The motor home did not stop.
