PG&E Delayed Repairs on Line that Blew – San Bruno Gas Explosion

It is being reported that PG&E requested a rate hike in 2007 to cover the expense of repairing a “high risk line” which was part of the same gas line that exploded in San Bruno. PG&E never made the repairs. For more information, read the full story at:
